Housing Information
The military provides two options for the use of your Basic Allowance For Housing (BAH). The first is living on base. Your second option is using your BAH to rent or buy a home off base.

• The Military Housing Office  (703) 784-2711 or Housing Referral Office (703) 748-2291. Contact the housing office as soon as you know you are moving. You will be provided with the latest information on local housing as well as referral services and relocation assistance. They offer counseling and guidance before entering into a lease agreement and help resolve tenant-landlord disputes. 

MCB Quantico On Base Housing

• On-base housing for MCB Quantico is privatized and operated by Lincoln Military Housing (703) 432-8500, which offers 9 communities and over 1,100 homes in various styles and sizes based on ranked and family size. Home amenities may include: 2-car garage, fenced backyard and deck or basement. Community features are: large family center, swimming pool, basketball courts and more.
